Fit24 not worth it

The service from the team is deplorable. I have requested numerous times for a copy of my contract and to date no response! The reason for my above request is due to an increase in my debit order without any correspondence to notify me of an increase in premium.

Furthermore once a contract is signed the premium is supposed to be fixed for however long the duration of the contract is, this is not the case with them! Moreover when i queried the increase in premium the response was that it was an annual increase of 10%! Which brought me to my next question is after my first year was done the premium never increased so why now all of a sudden has it gone up??!

This is the first time were i signed a contract and the premiums increase!!
