FIT24 NELSPRUIT - BAD MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

Worst gym ever - Fit24 Nelspruit - I see there are lots of complaints all over the country - Nothing being done. I have been with Nelspruit branch for 6 months and I am not happy. Changed my banking details and still they try and take from a closed account resulting in fees I am NOT going to pay. I lodged complaints on their email supp**** - NOTHING - No communication, no action to rectify the problem. Equipment is not maintained but we have to pay twice a year for maintenance. Management in Nelspruit is non existent. When I complained about members hijacking the equipment and we are being chased off equipment not being used - Management said I must understand that they are doing super sets. *** are we not paying the same fees? I tried going different times but this is a trend. Cellphones being used without earphones loud music and movies and everyone must listen to it. Complained - Nothing was done.
