Fit24 Gyms handed me over to attorneys when my account WAS paid for March 2020

I belong to the Durban North gym. I have a monthly Debit Order. It was deducted as usual in March. The gym closed it's doors 25 March. I reversed their Debit Order for April, May and June, then the Debit Orders stopped. They then handed me over to attorneys because they said I had not paid for March - which I definately did. No one from Fit24 Gyms bothered to phone me to discuss my account with them. It is totally unacceptable to treat members like that. There is no phone number to contact them. I tried sending a contact form through their website but no one contacted me. This is shockingly disgusting service and I hope to never use their gyms again.
