Fit 24 gyms Athlone is the best gym I have joined yet!

I had been at multiple gyms before and none can beat the great service of Fit24. Signing up was quick and easy and the contract was immediately emailed to me.All the important information such as the terms and conditions were discussed with me by the friendly sales staff. The sales staff took interest in my goals and walked me through the gym explaining all the different facilities the gym has to offer. I signed up not knowing I was joining a great gym community. I paid my R200 for my access card and off I went.On my first day as promised when I asked reception if I could get a induction, one of the gentleman on the floor had taken me through the gym and explained all the ins and outs of all the equipment and how it is used. Even though all the machines have little illustrations on it showing you the way the machine works and what muscles are being trained.I have been there for almost a year now and the staff still continues to take interest in my journey, encouraging and motivating me.

I am highly impressed with how clean the gym is kept. The cleaning staff are always cleaning the machines and bathrooms ,the floor staff are on the go packing away the weights and assisting anyone in need of help with a machine or in need of a demonstration of how the machine works. They have sanitizing facilities throughout the whole gym which is in every section making it very convenient when you sanitize your equipment before and after you have used a machine.The gym staff make announcements every hour reminding us to wear our masks whilst walking around the gym and using our sweat towels when on the equipment. Since I have been at Fit24 there hasn’t been a machine broken for longer than a day and it is fixed and ready to be used again. Which was one of the main reasons I left my previous gym. Fit24 has a incredible maintenance crew ! All the equipment is also Techno Gym which is amazing for tracking my workout. The Cardio equipment does however require you to start moving the machine to get it started which is smart when saving power !

I enjoy gyming there and everyone is so friendly and every problem I have ever had I asked reception for assistance with and the problem was sorted out immediately whether it be broken equipment or finding my feet at the gym I am always assisted. The staff all always greet you with a smile. They follow me on my journey I regularly still get a phone call from the gentleman that signed me up or a friendly pop in whilst I’m in the gym getting asked if I am doing well and reaching my goals. Which all reminds me of why I signed up in the first place.

Fit24 gyms is not only a gym it’s a second home with a second family !
