FIT 24 GYM A NIGHTMARE

Hi just so people are aware,fit24 gym at umhlanga is the worst you will ever attend. They are cheap for a reason...They are quick to sign you up and most friendly. The stuff at the front desk are rude and have no customer service whatsoever,they have not been to any training, delivering poor service.we get asked if we have paid yet we have paid cash for a three year contract.. Access cards don't work after a year of moving the gym... My husband gets asked if I ride? That's no way to speak in front of or to a customer.. getting the Acting regional ops manager Gert Roodt involved was pointless...he himself had no customer relations at all moving forward they than got Melissa Burczak regional admin manager who was rude to us moving us to the Durban north gym because they won't cancel our contract and refund us our money for a three year contract that was paid up front...they now canceling our contract on they own terms... I don't recommend this gym to anyone.!
