Excellent attention to customer service by Fit 24 Gym, Durban North

What started out as a bad experience was turned into a really good one by the assistance and excellent customer service we received at Fit 24 Gym, Durban North. Having signed up with another Fit 24 Gym location, and experiencing continued challenges, which I raised, but did not feel were adequately addressed or even acknowledged, I reached out on the Fit 24 Instagram page for help. I was contacted almost immediately, by Gert from Fit 24 Durban North who listened to my issues and addressed them with empathy and patience. It took some convincing by Gert, but 10 out of 10 for perseverance because I agreed to his suggested to try Fit 24 Durban North as an alternative to the location I had complaints about. Gert's 2 follow up calls to make sure I knew where to park and confirm the time we would be coming made me feel like I was heard and important. I appreciate that! With a little trepidation and a healthy dose of scepticism, we attended Fit 24 Durban North this morning. Gert was there to meet us and personally give a tour of the facility, which is excellent, the equpment they offer, which is in top condition, and explain what the gym has so much to offer. It did not take long for us to decide to stay with Fit 24 Gyms, as I was pretty set on cancelling memberships. Gert and his team made the membership transition from one location to Durban North seamless and easy. Thank you Gert, and your friendly, accommodating team, for taking a very negative experience and turning it into a very positive one! We look forward to many happy returns to Fit 24 Gym Durban North!
