Equipment at gym

Very unhappy with the manner the manager Preshalen addressed my complaint. I complained about an item that’s been broken for 2 months and instead of saying he will get it fixed, he said to me that he is busy sorting out other issues. If he can’t handle the heat , he must get out the kitchen. I understand things don’t happen overnight but 2 months. If something is broken fix it.
