Don’t Bother Yourself with Fit24

I've had a frustrating experience with Fit24. I made a diligent effort to cancel my membership well within the cool-off period via email, and I even called their Rivonia branch to follow up. Unfortunately, I haven't received any acknowledgment of my cancellation, and my emails go unanswered. The lack of communication and assistance is disappointing. I hope they address this issue promptly for better customer service.
