Really getting irritated with this bunch. After struggling to get hold of anyone to talk to, I submitted an online query and within 10 minutes had 3 people phone me. I need to change my membership from Durban North to Oceans Mall as I have moved. From being told it's R400 to R1 000 by a few employees. This is madness.
