Difficulty to cancel

it was good to take a membership however when you are cancelling they are coming up with all these charges and making you jump through hoops to cancel. this is ongoing for a month now and the membership is still not cancelled even though the contract ended in Feb. this is a **** to prolong the issue and just keep debiting my account I have logged a complaint with no response
