Debit order dispute

Had the ****piest service by Gert whom I believe is the gym manger when I went to lay my a complaint with regards to a failed debit order that they failed to do on the date provided, they for the 2nd time didn't debit and I was charged a penalty fee of which I wasn't willing to pay for the 2nd time! Was super super ****ed the way he handled the situation didn't show any respect whatsoever and didn't wanna hear my side not even the fact that I had taken the necessary steps to communicate with them regarding this matter!!! He has given the gym a BAD NAME with the service he gave me and ended up not even helping me with the matter....
