**************** and harassment!

I tried to cancel my contract on multiple occasions, on email, by phone and by going into the gym. NOBODY was willing to help me. I then stopped paying the contract because i had not used the gym in over a year and had done my utmost to cancel my contract and could not afford to continue with Covid and Lockdown. these people ignored all my requests, kept handing me over to somebody else there etc. and then continued to bill me throughout lockdown in 2020. when nobody was using the gym! since I have stopped paying in 2020, they have handed my account over to the debt collectors, who call me at least once a day. I have sent the relevant emails between myself and the gym to prove that i have attempted to cancel. and yet i am still being harassed. this gym is a bull**** **** and are too ***ardice to deal with the complaints about their ****ty service! call off your dogs and take responsibility for your actions!
