Contract Refund

I have been patiently awaiting the refund of my contract for over a year now, which was supposed to be reimbursed due to the closure of a brunch. Regrettably, I have encountered significant difficulty in reaching out to the head office, as the only available means of communication is via email. Despite my consistent efforts to request the refund on a monthly basis, I have repeatedly been assured that it will be processed, yet nothing has materialized thus far.
