Complaint

I told this company to cancel my membership since they were closing down the campus closest to me. A few weeks later I get a d/o mandate from gym company even though I don’t have an agreement with them. I reject the mandate and email these guys to find out what’s happening. Gym company has debited my account. Why were these people given my details? I want my money back, sort this **** out!
