Bad training conditions and poor service at fit24

I am a member of fit 24 Gyme at park square Umhlanga, I’ve never seen such a poorly managed Gyme ever. Ranging from maintenance issue, hygiene, and service in general. Let me try and summarise why I’m saying this. Firstly without any doubt staff on the floor are doing their work and there are friendly and customer oriented. Most issues are beyond their control and it a clear reflection of poor management from the upper structures of management. 1. Male steam room it been faulty for Months there is no attempt of fixing it. 2. Showers are always cold. They don’t bother 3. There are ****roaches roaming everywhere from Gyme floor to change rooms and toilets. The Gyme is highly infested with ****roaches. 4. Toilets and change rooms are smelling urine so badly. No signs of modern use of detergents with smell relief agents 5. Sometimes electricity is faulty while we are not on load shedding. People are subjected to train in a dark which is very risky. 6. Showers and toilets are now closed due to water shortages only on the facility (no water shedding) 7. When you make a request to train at nearby oceans mall fit24 they say “park-square members are not allowed”. That simply mean customers must go home sweating and stinking they don’t care.

While treating us like this there are busy issuing written warnings to their staff members for playing us music of our choice. There are subjecting us to outdated and unknown music of their own taste while there are not with us while training.
