ADMIN USELESS

my 12 month contract expired in November 2019, as per the contract wording its noted that someone will contact you in writing 40 days before it ends to remind you and to ask if you would like to cancel or continue with your contract. I have not received any email from them, not even a phone call, they have kept debiting my account and now requests i give a 20 day notice if i want to cancel it... i signed for 12 months only and nobody contacted me to notify me the contract is about to expire, there was also a increase in monthly fees which i was charged after my 12 month membership ended. they refuse to refund me or provide any proof of email or phone calls that they have contacted me. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, any other gym would be a better option....
