Terrible place!

I was a member of the Olivedale club for a few years. The place was always run down and tacky. The staff were, for the most part, unfriendly and unhelpful and the owner used to have arguments in the parking lot with his pregnant wife from time to time. Lovely! I cancelled my membership in December and all was fine. On Saturday 1 of 2 'annual admin fees' was deducted from my account after more than 6 months of my membership being cancelled. They are now querying if they 'can' refund me. Seriously people, you are deducting money when you are not supposed to and now it would seem that you do not want to take responsibility and refund? DISGUSTING
