*****ing of personal items and bad customer service

Hello, guys and ladies please be warned about this gym ''Fit Extreme Olivadle / Randburg'' owned by Etienne **** they ***** phone there and personal belongings.

I Mtha Ndlovu was a member there, 3 of my phones (iphone6s, iPhone X and Samsung 8+) ****** in my gym bag whIle i was taking a shower in the gym change rooms.

I called was told that the CCTV cameras don't work how convenient, there was a gentleman in changeroom when I got out the shower Tyler **** he assisted me to call owner Etienne who we didn't to get then got his wife who advises he was busy with an interview at 19:00 in the evening ''WoW' he cant pitch to handle this incident. They can forget about me as a member there I'm cancelling that **** and blocking their debits.

I will urge everyone who reads this to not go there or please be careful that place isn't safe and are **** at customer service,

*CCTV instaled but does work *Owner nowhere to be found when serious matter happen *No 1 can be trusted I see everyone as a suspect which isn't right cause the ******** is there while nothing is done to safeguard our items or our lives. *We feel free at the gyms but now those areas arent safe either
