Only want money - take your business elsewhere

My friend and I signed up to this gym together last year November, where we were given a month free as part of a promotion. Now this year November we were both charged double the normal amount, as a part of a hidden fee we were not informed of. On top of this we have both cancelled our accounts and been charged outside of what our contracts stipulated, and have been met with a nasty attitude when trying to sort this issue out. My friend was called a **** by one of the employees and the accounts people are generally ******** and blatantly ignore enquiries. Very displeased with how this gym conducts business and this has left a bad taste in my mouth for future gym contracts.
