GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT

They tried to " hand me over" to their lawyers because my account was in arrears, which cannot be as it's a debit order that I see goes off every month, so when I showed them bank statements dating back since i first signed up all they did was email me saying " We have rectified the problem and we are sorry"

Now if you ask me - this is absolutely wrong in so many ways. If you are going to accuse me of " not paying my account" then have your facts right also if you land up being wrong a sincere apology goes a long way!
