Dishonest and Disgusting Service and NO Response

The service and feed back in regards to cancelling my contract has been unacceptable and ***********.After typing 2 emails explaining my situation regarding my reasoning for cancellation, i have received no feedback in 4 days, Except for a demand for more money.R1147.00 has already been debited from my account for a gym i have not used,nor a service i have received.The communication with me has been disgusting.There has been no effort to help me nor find a solution that benefits the situation. i cannot afford to pay the gym fee's nor an extra R650.00 that they are demanding. I have asked for feedback for my previous email, only to receive a forwarded email of the last one they sent to me, regarding money. I will never use this gym nor recommend anyone to go there.This fight with them has been hell and i am still seeking for answers, stressing every day about when they will debit me again and take money i do not have. I have never used the facilities and have given reason for my cancellation, but they continue to debit me and ask for more money. It is disgusting to deal with a company, that refuses to assist me. My friend is fighting the exact same battle with them.Still no Response
