Roche, Fit-Xtreme Sarcastic trainer

Roche from Fit-Xtreme Gym Randburg hands out flyers at the robots, When you ask for pricing its "very complicated" back and forth for days, as he wants you to go into the gym, where I just wanted a price........in the mean time got pricing from the gym directly, he finally came back this afternoon R500 more on the cheapest option from the gym.... When I questioned/notified him, he was super sarcastic, that the gym is running a special...(he is PART of the gym and all I asked was pricing, should he not say the special running when people ask, when you were literally at a robot advertising the special?) He was saying that is the standard price ( days after begging for a price) acting as if its my incompetence for his incorrect pricing, delay in advising and misleading sales tactics, sarcastically wishing me well, and putting crying laughing emojis while telling me off before blocking me on Whatsapp, just because I didn't want to go into the gym before getting a price. This person shouldn't be in sales, or dealing with people, and should perhaps exercise his mental abilities and sales skills as much as his physical ones. I was genuinely interested and didn't want to get excited before knowing I can afford it, as the flyers looked like a good deal and just the right medicine after lock-down. I avoid people and places like this.

You dont laugh at customers, you don't defend your incorrect prices by saying "see, thats why you had to go into the gym"and you give a price when asked, instead of delaying and misleading and then being super sarcastic and arrogant. Genuine good luck to you this man dealing with people in this manner. I will gym at home.
