Fit & Go to your grave!

On August 4 2015 I simply went to have new tyres fitted on my car. Took them 4 hours to have this done. Later that week a strange noise started coming from the wheels of the car. I called to inquire and was asked to go back to the shop the next day. They could not figure out what was wrong even after a test drive. I left the shop again thinking theres nothing I can do. Eventually, on the same day, a friend of mine offered to have look and found that I had but 2 wheel nuts on my front left tyre. I drove safely back to the shop and queried. No one apologized for making such a mistake. The manager kept pointing out matters on the car that had nothing to do with the tyres (e.g the old tyres were wearing off ) How does that fix my car?? They evetually found matchign wheel nuts, fitted them on and I left. Bearing in mind that this was an added 3 hours. I was not compensated. I received no apology. I could've lost my life because of someone else's mistake. This is absolutely unacceptable! Unless you want to take a short cut to your grave, never go to these people!
