Worse experience

I went to fit & go emalahleni to have my front shock absorbers changed, after 3 hours of waiting. I went on to test drive the vehicle, both shock absorbers immediately came lose and wheel nuts were hand tighten, there was no lock nut on the wheel shaft and rim cap was missing. Worse experience. I regret going there. The technician responsible was "VICUS" white guy.
