Our experience with Fit for Bed Durban was outstanding from start to finish! From the moment we walked into the store, Graham made sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for our new bed. After we made our choice, we found out that the colour base we wanted wasn’t available right away. However, Kristi, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Both Graham and Kristi were incredibly professional and friendly, always making us feel valued rather than difficult.

The delivery was seamless as well; they arrived exactly when they promised, and the communication was excellent throughout, so we knew exactly when to expect them. Working with Fit for Bed Durban was truly a great experience, and it’s refreshing to find a company that prioritises customer satisfaction like this.
