FitForBed - Great bed - Excellent Service!!!

I'd like to thank Donovan at Hillfox & Samantha at Sandton branches. Both offered excellent service in regard to understanding the technical specs of mattresses in order for me to make an informed decision.

I love that Sam showed me the option to wrap the base in a specific fabric, which I think is a more practical and cost saver choice than purchasing bed wraps.

One thing for sales staff to bear in mind - particularly for customers like myself, despite the notice clearly printed at the bottom of the invoice/quotation, some customers might miss the foot note of Ts&Cs that speaks to a 10-day exchange and 15% surcharge for a change if you're not happy with the product. Make an effort to highlight this information to the customer to make them aware aware.

A special thank you to Sam for rearranging the delivery to accommodate my unplanned schedule for the day. I appreciate the service more than you may know.

Finally - a massive thank you to the delivery team, Henrdrik and his assistant, who took literally 15 minutes in and out of my place, smooth and easy.
