Excellent service

We bought our bed a number of years ago due to my neck problems and have enjoyed every single minute of our much improved sleep. The bed itself is superbly made and the gel mattress offers unparalleled support. But all this aside, what has impressed me beyond belief is the after sales service that we have received from Jeanne. We have rabbits and they chew everything which resulted in us having to have the motor and remote repaired (cables were chewed). We were extremely concerned about what this would cost but Jeanne managed to keep the cost to an absolute minimum. He worked his magic and we are so grateful and so impressed. I would recommend this product gladly but even more so the unbelievable after sales service that you receive. Thank you Jeanne for being a shining example of what service should look like.
