Excellent after sales Customer Service

We bought a King size Orthopedic Backzone bed at Fit for Bed Roodepoort Hillfox value centre in February 2021. Few months later, we noticed the bed was sagging on the sides where we sleep, leaving a hump in between. We reported the issue at the Hillfox value centre store in July 2021. Two weeks later Fit for Bed sent their inspection team whose report noted that the twin bases were faulty and where not providing sufficient/stable support to the mattress. Fit for Bed did not only replace the twin bases but also upgraded our mattress to a next tier in their range (a Latex Care bed).
