This is our second purchase of a bed from Fit For Bed, on both occasions Samantha Bodenstein did assisted us . With the first bed we bought we went to the store to browse and do a price comparison, after visiting a number of other mattress shops, we went back there because she really has brilliant product knowledge, she sold us the hotel range which we delighted with, the quality its excellent. We bought a second bed as I needed it for medical. Again, her product knowledge is excellent. Her service delivery is outstanding and reliable, she goes out of her way to give you what you need in terms of the correct mattress. If you are buying a mattress, it’s worth going to the shop and meeting Samantha and seeing what she recommends, even if you don’t end up buying from them. It’s worth the Customer Care experience.
