BAD PRODUCT BACKUP

Reported that my mattress has body imprints after just 18 months. Fit referred me to the manufacturer, their response is its normal, so all the sales talk goes out the window when it comes to guarantee & product backup. This is the Heavy Mattress which is supposed to be for heavy sleepers. So expect to have to replace your mattress within 24 months.
