Mr Jan Louw the owner of the Company only Paid us 40% of our salary in December 2018 and 0% in January 2019 then Closed the mine. He is still very very rich......sign everything over to his son's name.....still have people in his service which he don't pay and still looking for excuses why he don't pay us our salaries. Sedibeng mine where we worked was closed solely because of bad management and *******ion from the owners side to enriched themselves. I was 57 and had 3 years left before going on pension, now already sitting without a job for a year and to old to get another job.... and I lost everything, and still no salary! I resigned 28 May 2019 from his service. Can't even do a medical exit because he owe the Medical Centre thousands of rand. I have all the letters and messages where he promised to pay me and to look after me. In his own words!
