Disgusting service!!

Absolutely disgusting service from Fisherman's Lane Retreat. After a long day with a taxi strike we decided to buy some lunch at this store only to find that the till point does not work. Standing in a queue waiting to be served almost an hour they finally realized that they can process orders manually. This is where things went wrong as there was no structure to ensure the queue is served equally. The manager is hiding behind the counter without any leadership being shown. This is definitely the first complaint and more will follow. Whoever is the owner of this business seriously need to review their staff and business etiquette. Being in the customer service industry, I will ensure this is escalated to higher management.
