Shocking service by Fisher & Rodger

Shocking service. Used incorrect concentration anti freeze which was then further diluted to a 10% ratio instead of the required 50/50. Overcharged by 500% for the wrong anti freeze and they refuse to refund the overcharge. Charged for top-up fluids but the brake fluid level needed 200ml to be added after the service, indicating that the brake fluid level was never checked. F&R do not have VW/Audi diagnostic equipment and as a result they cannot perform a basic procedure such as a service indicator reset. According to the Automobile Association F&R are not AA approved as claimed.
