Poor service delivery from Fisher Fires

I contracted Fisher Fires (Andre) to install a gas fireplace in February/March this year at my house. I made the mistake of paying them the full amount before the job was complete. The workmanship was poor and they did not deliver the two gas cylinders as per invoice and I have been battling to get the other gas cylinder delivered despite numerous promises from Andre. Even worse, the fireplace only worked for a couple of weeks and then it has been problematic to such an extent that we have gone through winter without it being operational at all. As usual Andre always promises to come and sort out the issue but he never comes. The service I have received from this service provider is utterly pathetic.
