Wrong order

I bought take away fish for 5 people on Thursday 10 October from Fishaways at the Engen Garage in Kariega. I ordered 4 grilled hake, 2 with rice and 2 with chips and fried hake on it's own. I didn't open the order in the shop, when we got home (we live 15 km away) I received 3 fried fish and 1 grilled, and the fried one on it's own. It is not the first time that this happened at the same shop. I complained online at their head office but haven't heard anything other than asking me where I bought it. The chips was also soggy and tasted like old oil. It is most definitely the last time that I will support them.
