Wrong order

I axpect that when i pay for food at a restuarant or takeaways, that i get quality food and if i order then i get the correct order. This is now the second time that i get home with the wrong order. How could you get it wrong if you repeat and the person repeat your order. I tried to phone, this was langenhovenpark fishaway, i will put you to the correct shop mam, please hold, cut me off, i phoned back, number does not exsist, what, i phoned preller, number does not exsist.........i will no go back all the way to correct my order. This should be done at the shop!!!
