Worst services in South Africa

Fishaways - Phillip Nel Park and the call center are the worst I ever had to deal with. Every time I order from them to deliver it takes them +-2 hours to do that and only bexause I called the call center. When the food is cold rice is burnt... I did log a complaint and call center did get 'ref' no this was 2 weeks ago, I made a follow-up call to then about complaint was apologized to and told I will get feedback same day, that was 4days ago...

SO PLEASE FISHAWAYS WAKE UP - Don't how you stay in business
