Worst service ever - Fishaways Customer Care

My mom bought food from Fishaways Sunnyrock on 13 April 2023. The food was burned and it had extremely small portions. The presentation was very bad. The food also tasted burnt. I reached out to customer care and they promised to investigate and promised to get back to me but they haven't responded till today !!!!!... This was disrespectful to me because it means they do not care about their customers, or take them into consideration. This was the worst service ever !!!!
