Worst Service Ever

The store in Sunnyrock at the BP Petrol Station has the slowest and worst service ever. We have been standing here for 25min before getting helped. The woman taking the order (Karabo K.)doesn't have a clue what is going on, on the computer. We wanted to pay and there is only one card machine. The other woman helping clients didn't even pass the card machine. When the order was place the order was wrong. So far since the store opened we have always had a problem with our order. Service here is the worst.
