Worst freaking experience ever!

Worst service i have ever experienced. I phoned in @14:15 and placed an order coz the app did not recognize my address the driver phoned me @15:05 to find out wjere the place is and I explained and directed him He only pitched @15:55 i refused to pay for the food and I tried to phone the restaurant again 10 times but failed to get through to them. I am so disappointed in you and I will not recommend you to anyone else. I expected better customer service than this. I asked the driver for another contact number and he told me he does not have minutes and also no other contact number for them. I still have not received a call from the manager as I requested.
