WORST FOOD - AVOID SILVER OAKS BRANCH

This is the SECOND time I ordered a large GRILLED hale and rice, only to receive a fried piece of fish, with the batter falling off and soaked in oil. I left it the first time and sc****d it off, the second time I even added SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS to make sure they send GRILLED. Nonetheless, I received a pathetic order.
