What a waste of my precious time

<p>On the 29th of May 2016, I phoned your store in Bluewater Bay and placed an order for two pieces of Hake and chips and the lady who answered the phone advised me that it would be ready for collection in 10 minutes. I decided to only arrive in 20 minutes just to make sure that is will be ready on collection. On arrival at the store, I advised the lady that I had come to collect my order for two pieces of hake and chips and she advised me that she only placed an order for one and acknowledged that this one her fault. Obviously, she offered to make the other one, which means, I now need to wait the 10 minutes I was trying to avoid. I have to say, I ws very angry at this kind of service and to make matters worse, the lady even had the gut to ask me what is it do I want to do, meaning, seeing that I arrived and the fish was not done and I was angry what do I want to do? What pathetic service is that? First of all, there was a reason why I placed an order for two pieces, and secondly, I didn't drive to the store wasting my petrol for nothing so I obviously had to wait for the other peice to be done. Ideally, the main reason a person phones a store to place an order is to save time in order to make sure that on arrival, waiting time is erased. I mean, she even took my number over the phone, so why couldn't she call me back to confirm if she wasn't sure? Is this the way you treat a who regularly patronizes your store?</p>
