We give up
;-( after speaking with the store manager and was promised "this is not the quality of service we deliver" the exact same staff assisted us the problem is not the service but a lack in food preparations or in cooking quality . The pop prawns is covered in dough squiggly pop is sagging in oil it should be crumbed please try the quality food that your Strand branch serves. Highly disappointed with the Waterstone branch its a no no
