Waist of Time & Money - Poor Quality Products

I just purchased 3 x large hake and chips and 1 x pop prawns and 1 x fish cake , my order number is 23 and what shocked when i opened the packet , the fish looked like medium size fish which was so oily together with chips<br> I clearly stated the chips to be crispy<br> <br> As for the Pop prawns it was nothing like the picture and it was small and round ( only 4 )<br> The fish cakes was not cooked inside seemed like it was dipped in oil for a few seconds.<br> Being a customer of fish a ways for so many years this is definitely not the quality and value for money like <br> before<br> <br> Best part of me being such a loyal customer i drive all the way from Verulam to the Durban north which is like a 50km return to buy the food i like and yet this is the service and quality of food i get<br> <br> I leave all other fish shops in the areas near and support fish a ways but now my trust in the outlet has been broken<br> <br> I am very disappointed and i think that i will never buy fish aways again <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
