Very unhappy Fishaways customer.

First time doing take outs to be delivered. What a disappointment. The order was the same but the order was incomplete, one incomplete meal was delivered in a box and the other in paper. We waited almost a hour for the meal and eventually thought the delivery guy got lost. Paid in full thinking that our order was correct. Feel like I've been taken advantage of as I pd for something I did not receive. Called them back to explain the problem and dissatisfaction. They said they would call me back in 5 minutes. It is now more than a hr that has passed and absolutely nothing as of yet. What has happened to pride in what they do?
