Very bad customer service

I bought fish and chip at fishaways Paton mall this evening the 10 March 2020 helped by Jesinawo Talent. Fish was highly cooked bad I think is not even half done u can't consume it it was raw and I was forced to drew it away for my own health. On top of that I received a Very poor service from the above lady mentioned above. Grossly unprofessional lady when she talked with customers all you hear is rude language used and bad body language. She needs desperately a customer service training. I did not even eat your fish I drew it away. Am from port elizabeth I never experienced any of the above.
