Utterly shocked by Fishaways in Monument Park

I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my experience with Fishaways in Monument Park today.

I ordered sushi expecting a meal that was properly prepared and presented. Unfortunately, the presentation was already very disappointing and far below what I expected from an established food outlet.

However, while inspecting my order and raising my concerns about the presentation, I discovered a strand of weave hair in the sushi. I was absolutely appalled. Finding hair in food is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards and food-handling practices followed during preparation.

This is not simply a matter of poor presentation or a meal that failed to meet expectations. It is a matter of cleanliness, food safety, and the basic standards customers have every right to expect when purchasing food.

I paid for a meal and instead found myself dealing with an experience that left me shocked, disgusted, and deeply dissatisfied. No customer should have to encounter something like this.

I expect Fishaways to take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and provide a satisfactory response. I sincerely hope that the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to experience the same thing.

This experience has seriously undermined my confidence in the quality control and hygiene standards of this outlet.
