Utterly Disappointing Experience - Incompetence at Its Finest

I recently visited Fishaways in Dawn Park with high hopes, but what I got was a masterclass in incompetence. I placed an online order on the 4th June 17:38 with a collection time of 17:53. When I arrived at 18:15, I was shocked to find out that NO ONE had bothered to check the online orders. Yes, you read that right - despite having a specified collection time, my order wasn't even prepared.

The staff showed zero remorse or apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to prepare my order from scratch. What's the point of having an online ordering system if you're not going to use it effectively?

This experience was a huge inconvenience for me, and I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service provided. I expect better from a business that claims to value its customers' time.

I hope this review gets escalated to the relevant authorities, and steps are taken to improve the service. Until then, I'd advise others to think twice before ordering from Fishaways in Dawnpark. They will not be seeing me there again !!
