Useless app and *********** employees with not manners

I ordered on the app at 19h25 and the order was accepted and I was charged ,trade route mall was supposed to deliver nothing happened.I called at 20h15 and I was told that the driver was going to call me ,I went to sleep without receiving my order and this morning nothing happened and didn't care while my money is with them,I called and they were not even apologetic I was angry instead of them calming me down and apologize they shouted at me I will never use their app ever again
