Unprofessional Service
On Wednesday the 25th of March at about 17:16, Order number 88. When we arrived at the Shop the cashier was on her cellphone laughing with her Friend, while waiting for her to finish talking with her cellphone a Supervisor/Manager noticed and came to try and assist us. That's when she hang up, and assisted us. We ordered F1 and F3 Grilled, but she put 2 F3s. While we were waiting for the food, she began again with her cellphone and someone came and ordered. After a while she was busy with her cellphone again, she gave that person our order. When that person was about drive off she then stopped them, telling them that she gave them a wrong order. She was very Unprofessional and making mistakes because whoever she was talking with on the other side, was more than important than customers. IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED, WITH THIS LOW CLASS SERVICE THAT WE RECIEVED FROM ALETTA A )-:
